Founder Jacquie Stephens started Breakthrough Consulting in 2005 to help people and businesses define their goals and execute on them. With roots in project management and professional coaching, the company evolved into neuroSHIFT: a collective of brain-based coaches and facilitators focused on leadership development, coaching and customized content.
