Greg McLeod
Greg has always had a passion for helping others reach their potential. After beginning his career as a high school teacher and football coach, Greg transitioned his career to corporate leadership development and coaching. It was here where Greg was introduced to the NeuroLeadership Institute's approach to coaching and learning. As a science based professional, this approach clicked, taking topics which were often viewed as "soft" and making them tangible. These insights continue to help Greg's clients in finding creating certainty amongst the ambiguity of modern life. Whether working with executives, emerging leaders or frontline workers, Greg's down to earth practicality and relatability allow him to connect and create effective learning environments.
Greg has held roles in organizational learning, leadership development, and talent management in the utility and financial services sectors in addition to consulting and coaching leaders in a wide range of industries from startups to Fortune 100 organizations. Greg holds degrees in Kinesiology and Education from the University of Calgary as well as a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University. He is also a Results Certified Coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute and Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
Above all else, Greg values family and balance in life as it helps him show up at his best in each role he plays — husband, dad, friend, coach, and sports addict. His passion for helping others reach their potential extends to his three children, where Greg spends most evenings and weekends coaching youth football and fastpitch.
